At ARMRA®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
